KYC Leadership is made up of on-fire Christians in High School. The leadership team meets on the first Sunday of every month for their monthly meeting and every Wednesday at 6PM for prayer before service. They also enjoy a Student Leadership Summit held in the summer.

This past summer the leadership team spent a weekend at Camp EWALU in Strawberry Point, IA. They got to experience team building activities on a low and high ropes coarse as well as rock climbing at Backbone State Park. They spent the weekend sleeping in TeePees and indulging in daily bible studies developed by Pastor Justin Dean.
